ARTIST - IN - RESIDENCIES

Lots of schools have enjoyed a residency with Christina. Her workshops are suitable for all ages.

The production of art works and written work that are enjoyed long after the residency is over are an added bonus.

If you would like Christina to be a part of your program, please contact her agent.

*Please consider, when booking an artist/author/illustrator, the prices quoted are based on a standard rate of pay. Artists do not get sick leave, overtime, holiday pay, or superannuation (which means it is a casual loaded rate). When you consider the amount of time spent preparing for visits and presentations they are on a rate similar to relief teachers. For example, if you have presentations/workshops  for a whole day and the cost is $500(AU) for e.g. This covers at least one full day of planning and preparation which is all up less than the average casual teacher would earn. School talks help artists/writers to keep creating. They also need to eat and support families! Check out the tips section for ideas to help you afford a visit.
